Dear Students,
We want to follow up on our earlier update regarding the technical issues with our LMS. We recognize that these issues are still ongoing, and that Moodle has been going down more frequently in recent weeks. We know how disruptive this is to your studies, and we sincerely apologize. We also acknowledge that this transition has taken longer than the timeline we originally shared, and we appreciate your patience while we worked to get it right.
We are pleased to share that our new LMS is almost ready. Here is what this means for you:
New students: All new enrolments from this point forward will be enrolled directly in the new LMS.
Current students: A first batch of migration has already completed and those students have been move to new platform and notified. Meanwhile, if you didn't receive any notification about the new platform then you can continue using the current Moodle platform for now. Your courses, materials, and progress remain available there. In a future announcement, we will share the official cut-off date for Moodle, along with clear guidance on how and when you will move to the new platform. You will have enough notice to plan ahead.
Until then, we will keep doing everything we can to minimize disruptions. If you run into an issue that is affecting your coursework, assignments, or deadlines, please reach out to us directly so we can support you.
