Dear Students,

We want to update you on the recent disruptions you may have experienced with our LMS and website. Over the past while, we have been dealing with a series of technical issues stemming from our current service provider, which may have affected your ability to access course materials and resources reliably. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused.

Our existing setup is tightly integrated with the service provider, with deep dependencies that make migrating to a new host more complex than a simple switch-over. We want to do this properly and not just patch over the problem, so that you have a stable, modern, and dependable learning environment going forward.

Please know that we are actively working on the right path forward, whether that means migrating to a new host or modernizing our current services. Our tentative timeline to have this resolved is the beginning of July 2026. In the meantime, we will continue doing everything we can to minimize disruptions and keep you informed as things progress.
